Welcome to Spendsy. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spendsy mobile application and related services (“Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using Spendsy, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. About Spendsy
Spendsy is a personal finance and expense tracking application designed to help users record, organize, and analyze their financial transactions.
Spendsy is intended solely for personal budgeting and informational purposes. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Spendsy.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.
3. User Data
Spendsy allows you to enter and manage financial information, including expenses, income, budgets, accounts, categories, notes, and related information.
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information you enter.
- Maintaining backups of your data where applicable.
- Any financial or other decisions made using information generated by the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Certain features of Spendsy require an auto-renewing subscription (“Spendsy Premium”).
Billing
- Payment will be charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Subscription prices are displayed in the App Store before purchase and may vary by country or region.
Billing, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
We may introduce new subscription plans, pricing, or features in the future. Such changes will not affect any active subscription period already purchased.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the application except where permitted by applicable law.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service.
- Use automated tools or methods that could impair or disrupt the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
Spendsy, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, content, and related intellectual property, is owned by Xora Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
7. Availability of Service
We strive to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
8. No Financial Advice
Spendsy provides budgeting, expense tracking, and financial organization tools.
Any information, recommendations, insights, calculations, or reports generated by the Service are provided solely for informational purposes and should not be considered financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spendsy disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will always operate without interruption or errors.
- Your data will always be available or preserved.
- The Service will meet your individual expectations or requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xora Studio and its owners, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or where required by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application and canceling any active subscriptions through your Apple Account.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
