1. About Spendsy

Spendsy is a personal finance and expense tracking application designed to help users record, organize, and analyze their financial transactions.

Spendsy is intended for informational and personal budgeting purposes only and does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Spendsy.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Data

Spendsy allows you to enter and manage financial information, including expenses, income, budgets, categories, accounts, and related data.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information you enter.
• Maintaining backups of your data where applicable.
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features of Spendsy may require a paid subscription (“Spendsy Pro”).

Subscription terms:

• Payment will be charged through your Apple App Store account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Pricing and features may change in the future. Changes will not affect active subscription periods already purchased.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that could impair functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

Spendsy, including its design, branding, logos, software, graphics, and content, is owned by Spendsy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant ownership rights to users.

7. Availability of Service

We strive to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

8. No Financial Advice

Spendsy provides tools for expense tracking, budgeting, and financial organization.

The information and insights generated by the app are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice.

You should consult qualified professionals before making significant financial decisions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spendsy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be error-free.
• Data will always be available or preserved.
• The Service will meet all user expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spendsy and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

Users may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
