Common questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Spendsy subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and select Spendsy. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you’ve reinstalled the app or switched devices, open Spendsy, go to the subscription or settings screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used originally.

Where is my data stored?

Your financial data stays on your device by default. It is not uploaded to our servers, so make sure to keep device backups (for example, iCloud or a computer backup) if you want to preserve your history when changing phones.

I found a bug or the app is behaving unexpectedly.

Sorry about that. Email us with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened (a screenshot or screen recording helps a lot). We’ll get it sorted as quickly as we can.

Can I request a feature?

Absolutely. Spendsy is shaped by the people who use it. Send your ideas our way — we read all of them and many of our improvements started as user suggestions.

When will Android be available?

Spendsy is iPhone-only for now so we can polish a single platform deeply. An Android version is on our roadmap — email us to be notified when it lands.
