2. Data Storage

Your financial data is stored locally on your device.

Spendsy does not store your transaction history, account balances, budgeting information, or other financial data on developer-operated servers.

Your financial information remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it using features provided by your operating system.

3. Analytics

Spendsy uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage and diagnostic information only if you choose to enable analytics.

Analytics help improve the App’s performance, reliability, and user experience.

Analytics information may include:

• Device model
• Operating system version
• App version
• App usage statistics
• Feature usage
• Screen views
• Crash and diagnostic information

Analytics data does not include:

• Transactions
• Account balances
• Budgets
• Spending categories
• Notes
• Any financial information you enter into the App

You can enable or disable analytics at any time from within the App’s settings.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Spendsy does not receive, process, or store your payment card information or other payment credentials.

Billing, payment processing, subscriptions, and refunds are managed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.

5. Data Sharing

Spendsy does not sell, rent, or share your personal financial information with third parties.

If you choose to enable analytics, anonymous analytics and diagnostic information may be shared with Google Analytics for Firebase solely to help improve the App.

We may also disclose information if required by applicable law or to comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to help protect information processed by the App.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You can:

• Delete your financial data at any time from within the App.
• Enable or disable analytics at any time from within the App's settings.
• Uninstall the App to remove locally stored data, subject to any device backups you have configured.

8. Children's Privacy

Spendsy is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the App after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
